We're going to talk today about standing out in the marketplace as a home seller.

There are several ways to do that. We're going to talk about one of them.

 

One of the ways that we're having our Seller’s stand out

as we start going into kind of a shifting Market here; we

need to do something that's going to bring a little bit of attention to homes

because it's not about how we're different than other agents.

It's not How we're different as the agents,

it's how we're going to make your home stand out a little bit different.

 

We have started a certified pre-owned home program to help stand out.

Most of our upcoming homes will have this stamp of approval.

 

And what that means is we are personally paying

for a home inspection for the borrower's ahead of time

so that our sellers can see what's already wrong with the home

and there are no surprises when it comes to repairs

because it's always one of the more tense moments of a transaction.

We are doing that and then they're providing a home warranty on the property

as well as a seller home warranty and all that good stuff.

 

If something breaks during the listing they can get it fixed pretty cheap.

There won't be any big surprises are selling your home is already stressful enough.

We are trying to make that a little less stressful.

With this you're going to get your home inspection

already paid for the buyer.

It's going to be a little more attractive. They're not going to have to spend that

for 500 bucks because we've already done that we can already see what's wrong with the house

so we can fix it up.

 

You can practically get a brand-new property

without that big price tag,

Then the home warranty to put the buyer at

ease so that whenever they purchase a home they know that

for the next year anything goes wrong that it will be taken care of.

 

This is just one way to stand out in the marketplace.
