Reached out to follow up on an application without hearing back at all. I then called weeks later to find out we were denied. We were denied because of having two big dogs when it was big dog pet friendly and they weren't under the restricted breeds. I understand why we were denied and I'm fine with that but not following up or saying we were denied is very un professional. My family and I are trying to find a home and this has just wasted our time .

As a military retiree I've worked with several realtors over the years, but none as knowledgeable as Nikki Segraves. Nikki came as a recommendation from USAA, and now I understand why. Her knowledge of the market was truly remarkable, and all of my initial doubts were quickly disproved. I had planned to replace the windows prior to the sale, she told me to save my money. I thought the windows wouldn't pass the buyers home inspection, she told me they would, and if they didn't she would personally pay for the repairs. She listed my house for at least $15k more than what I thought it was worth and said I would have no problem selling it. I thought no way. Well, my doubts were quickly put to rest. Within a week of being listed I had FIVE offers and negotiated a final price (with the help of Nikki) for $2500 OVER list price. The windows passed the inspection and I closed last week.
