Overview of the Iconic Alys Beach on 30A in Florida | Ultimate Escape

by Andrew Iremonger

Here we are in beautiful Alys Beach. You always know when you’re coming into it because you have these pillars on both the east and west ends of the community. They just kinda jump out and say to you, “Hey! You’ve arrived at Alys Beach, get ready to be amazed!”

Everything in Alys Beach is manicured to perfection. On the north side of Alys Beach, you have some of the commercial businesses along with a bunch of townhomes whereas on the south side you’ve got mainly residential businesses and single-family residences. The south side is going to have a bit higher of a price point due to the closer proximity to the Gulf.

You’ll notice also that from 30a you’re not really going to see any cars parked because Alys Beach has created such a layout to the community that the parked cars are typically hidden behind faux shrubbery giving it this continuously luxurious and perfected look throughout the entire area.

Some kind of cool information about Alys Beach:

1) Alys Beach is built to the teeth with protection from hurricanes. These buildings are specifically built to such a degree that

2) The Caliza: it’s got this pool that is just to die for, it sits right there by the restaurant and I’m almost speechless even trying to describe it. It’s a 50’ x 100’ saltwater pool – which already puts it echelons above any other pool because it’s salt instead of chlorine which is way better for your skin. That kind of sets the tone for the Alys Beach area because they seem to kind of focus on things that are good for you. They’ve got a 60’ long family pool and 75’ long lap pool and also yoga, the Zuma wellness center – for fitness and classes like yoga, spin, suspension training, and cool outdoor space, steam rooms, massage therapy, typical strength therapy and an indoor swimming pool and even an aquatic instructor in case you’re not the best swimmer. There’s a coffee bar that has your typical snacks, smoothies, ciders, and coffee so you can start your day on the right foot.

Food on Alys Beach – The Citizen, the Zuma Café, Raw and Juicy, The Caliza Restaurant, Neat, Charlie’s Donuts, George’s, and you can have food and beverages delivered to the beach from March to October – which is awesome and pretty much my favorite type of fine dining!

If you’re coming to 30A to visit or interested in purchasing, make sure you check out Alys Beach!                                                                                                                      P.S. – To schedule a call with us, simply click here.
